### Who makes and ships the merch?

Every piece is made to order and fulfilled by Fourthwall, the merchant of record for this store. Fourthwall prints, packs and ships your items, and Omne's team answers your questions about them.

### How long does my order take?

Every piece is made after you order it. Production takes 3 to 5 business days, and your order ships as soon as it is made.

### Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until it goes into production. Use the link in your order confirmation email to edit or cancel it. Once production has started, the order can no longer be changed.

### Do you ship to my country?

Fourthwall ships orders internationally. Checkout shows the shipping options and cost for your address before you pay.

### How long does shipping take?

Your order ships after 3 to 5 business days of production. Within the United States, delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days. International orders arrive 2 to 4 weeks after production.

### Will I pay import duties?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees. Depending on your location, checkout either collects the duty up front or shows a notice about possible import fees.

### What if something is wrong with my order?

Every order has a quality guarantee. If there is a print error or a visible quality issue, the item is replaced or refunded. Contact support with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
