## How partners are certified

Certification is based on delivery record and depth of expertise.

- **Certified Partner**: Certified by Omne to support client setups, with access to technical documentation and standard support.
- **Select Partner**: Several Omne setups delivered, with a clear strength in one industry or discipline. Joint marketing and technical training are open to them.
- **Premier Partner**: The deepest Omne delivery experience and the broadest expertise. Premier partners get co-hosted events, first look at referred accounts, and a dedicated technical contact.

## How a partner sets up a client

A certified partner works inside the client's own workspace, from the first review to the day their team runs it.

- **Goals and scope**: The partner reviews the client's channels, content and offers, and agrees what Omne should take over first.
- **Workspace setup**: Connect the accounts, bring in the library and set up the store, the planner and the team's roles.
- **Pilot**: The first posts and the first offer run on Omne, and both sides review the results together.
- **Go-live and review**: The team takes over day to day, and the partner comes back to review what is working.

## What partners get

The program is built around giving partners something to grow on.

- **Referrals**: Omne inquiries are routed to the partner whose specialty fits the account.
- **Joint marketing**: Co-hosted events, customer stories and co-written articles, so reach grows on both sides.
- **Technical training**: Partner-only training, plus a faster line to our team.
- **Certified badge**: Use the Omne certified partner logo on your site and in your proposals.
