## Omne pricing

### Which plan should I choose?

Choose Creator if you are one person starting to sell, post and email. Choose Pro once your list passes 10,000 contacts or you want your own affiliate program. Choose Max if you run your whole business on Omne and use a lot of AI. Choose Team if several people work together or you run content for clients.

### What is included on every plan?

Every plan, including Free, has the Planner, your Library, Ask AI and the Mac, Windows, phone and browser apps. Paid plans add your store with no fee on sales, email, Discover search, tracked creators and scheduling to your social accounts. Moving up gives you higher limits, more AI credits and tools for growing, as the table above shows.

### Is there a free plan, and do I need a card?

Yes. The Free plan has no deadline and needs no card. It includes 100 saved items, 25 AI credits a month, 2 GB of storage and one product to sell, with a 5% fee on each sale.

### How much do I save by paying yearly?

Yearly plans cost 20% less than paying month by month. Creator is $279 a year instead of $348, Pro is $759 instead of $948, Max is $1,910 instead of $2,388 and Team is $2,870 instead of $3,588.

### Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, at any time in your settings. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Your workspace and files stay where they are.

### Do you offer refunds?

Payments are not refunded for periods that have already started, unless the law says otherwise. That is why the Free plan has no deadline: you can try Omne properly before you pay anything.

### What happens when I reach a limit?

Omne warns you at 80% and again at 100%, and nothing is ever deleted. If you run out of storage, new uploads wait until you have room or move up a plan. If you run out of email sends, you can turn on extra sends or wait for the new month.

### Can I start today?

You can start free as soon as Omne's private beta opens, which is soon. Paid plans open with it.

### How do people and seats work?

Creator, Pro and Max each include one person, and you can add more for $15 a month each. Team includes unlimited people for one price, so you never count seats. Everyone in a workspace shares its AI credits and storage.

### What is a workspace?

A workspace is one business: its content, connected accounts, people, files and plan. One account can belong to many workspaces, and you switch between them from the sidebar.

### I run more than one brand. What do I need?

Give each brand its own workspace with its own plan, or use Team to keep them all on one bill with one pool of credits and storage.

### How do client workspaces work?

Team includes your own workspace plus 5 client workspaces, then $19 a month for each one after that. Each client's content, connected accounts and email list stay private to that client, while your credits and storage are shared across all of them.

### When do I need Enterprise?

Talk to us about Enterprise if you are a large team that needs custom terms, invoices or more usage than Team includes.

### Do you take a cut of my sales?

Not on a paid plan: Creator, Pro, Max and Team all pay 0%. On Free, Omne takes 5% of each sale, so a $100 sale means $5 to Omne. Stripe's own processing fee is separate on every plan. Once you sell about $580 a month, Creator costs less than the 5% fee.

### How do I get paid?

You connect your own Stripe account and your sales go straight into it. Omne never holds your money, and Stripe pays out to your bank.

### What can I sell?

Courses, downloads, calls, memberships and custom AIs, from your own store. The Free plan can sell one product, and every paid plan can sell as many as you like.

### Whose name do my buyers see?

Yours. You sell under your own name and your own Stripe account, so you are the seller to your buyers. That also means your products, prices, taxes, refunds and customer support are yours to look after.

### Can I run coupons or an affiliate program?

Coupons and promotions are on every paid plan. Your own affiliate program starts on Pro, and lets other people sell your products for a share you set.

### What is an AI credit?

One credit is about one normal AI action, such as writing a post or answering a question about your library. Longer jobs and stronger models use more. Plans include 25, 300, 750, 2,000 or 5,000 shared credits a month.

### Do unused credits roll over?

No. Your credits reset at the start of each month, and unused ones do not carry over.

### What happens when I run out of credits?

AI that runs on Omne's credits pauses until your credits reset. The rest of Omne keeps working, and you can move up a plan or connect your own AI account to carry on straight away.

### Can I use my own AI accounts?

Yes. In Settings you can connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI, Mistral, DeepSeek, Perplexity, OpenRouter and others. Your key is checked, kept encrypted and never shown again. That use is billed by the provider and does not use Omne's credits.

### Do you train AI on my content?

No. Your content goes to the AI provider only to answer your request, and we do not allow providers to train their models on it.

### Is email included?

Yes, on every paid plan. Creator includes 10,000 contacts and 25,000 sends a month, Pro 50,000 and 100,000, and Max and Team 150,000 and 300,000. Email sending opens soon, and the Free plan does not include it.

### What is the difference between contacts and sends?

A contact is one person on your list. A send is one email to one person. So emailing 10,000 contacts once a week is about 40,000 sends a month, and the slider above works that out for your list.

### What happens if I go over my sends?

Your emails wait until the new month, unless you have turned on extra sends. Those start at $5 for 10,000 and get cheaper as you grow, down to $240 for 1,500,000. They only apply if you turn them on, up to a limit you set.

### Who counts as a contact?

Everyone subscribed to your list. People who unsubscribe or bounce do not count.

### Can I send from my own domain?

Yes, from Pro up, with the records you add to your domain so your email goes out as you. Until then your email goes out in your name from Omne's sending domain, and replies come to you.

### Who owns what I put in Omne?

You do. Everything you create, upload or save remains yours, and your subscribers and buyers are yours too. You can view, change, export or delete your content and account in Omne.

### What happens to my things if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Your files stay, and new uploads wait until you are back under the plan's storage.

### How does trash work?

Something you delete stays in the trash for 7 days on Free, 30 on Creator, 60 on Pro and 365 on Max and Team, and then it is gone for good. It counts towards your storage until then.

### How big can a file be, and how much can I store?

Storage runs from 2 GB on Free to 1 TB on Team. The largest single file runs from 10 MB on Free to 25 GB on Team. The table above shows each plan.

### Is my data secure?

Your files sit in a private bucket with no public address and open only through links that expire in minutes, for members of that workspace. Connected account tokens and pasted keys are sealed, and never sent back to the browser. The database has no public port.
