# Subprocessors

Last updated: 2026-11-08

This page lists every company that processes personal data for Omne: what it does, which data it gets, where, and since when. It is part of our [Data Processing Agreement](https://omne.so/ta/sattam/dpa) and our [Privacy Policy](https://omne.so/ta/sattam/thaniyurimai). Omne is operated by NM Media LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

## What a subprocessor is

A subprocessor is a company that Omne pays and that processes personal data for Omne, so that Omne can run. A service you connect with your own account or your own key works for you, not for Omne, so it is not one. Neither is a service that gets no personal data at all.

## Written agreements

Each subprocessor processes personal data only to provide its part of Omne, under a written agreement that requires it to protect that data at least as well as our Data Processing Agreement does. We stay responsible to you for what each of them does.

## How we announce changes

We add a new subprocessor to this page at least 30 days before it starts processing personal data, and we email everyone who has asked to hear about changes. To be on that list, email support@omne.so with the subject "Subprocessor updates".

If you object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds, tell us within those 30 days and we will work with you to resolve it.

## Subprocessors in use today

| Company | What it does for Omne | Data it processes | Where | Since |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Servers and database that run Omne | Everything stored in Omne: accounts, workspaces and their content | Germany (EU) | Oct 2026 |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Domain, network security, delivery of the app, file storage | Requests to Omne, files you upload | Worldwide network; files in Western Europe | Oct 2026 |
| Automattic Inc. (Gravatar) | Your profile picture, if you have one on Gravatar, and the public Gravatar profiles of people on your lists | A one-way fingerprint (hash) of your email address, and of the email addresses on your lists | United States | Oct 2026 |
| Resend, Inc. | Emails Omne sends you, such as sign-in codes and receipts, and emails you forward to your Library address | Your email address and the email's content | United States | Nov 2026 |
| Daytona | The computers your own agents run on in Omne's cloud, one sealed computer per agent | What you ask your agent and what it works on; your sign-in with the agent's maker stays on that computer | EU (Daytona's EU region) | Nov 2026 |
| TypeSafe AI, Inc. | Smart, the model choice in Omne AI: reads each message to choose the model that answers it | The message and the chat's last two turns, only to choose the model, never names or connected accounts. TypeSafe doesn't train on it and keeps it only as long as it needs to provide the service | United States | Nov 2026 |
| ScrapeCreators | Reading public profiles and posts for Discover and for subscriber profiles | Public account names of the creators you add, and of the social accounts named in the public profiles of people on your lists | To be confirmed | Nov 2026 |
| Google LLC | Omne's business email: what people send to support@omne.so and our replies | The names, email addresses and content of emails to and from Omne's own addresses | To be confirmed | To be confirmed |

## Coming soon

We list these now so you know what is planned. Each one starts processing personal data only when its feature goes live, and this page will say so.

| Company | What it will do | Data it will process |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe, Inc. | Payments for Omne plans, and for your store if you connect your own Stripe | Billing name, email, payment details |
| Fourthwall, Inc. | Selling, printing and shipping Omne merch as the merchant of record, once the merch section is open | Name, email, shipping address, payment details and order details of merch buyers |
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon SES) | Sending Omne's own emails when Resend can't, and the emails you send to your own subscribers and buyers | Email addresses and the emails' content |
| Plaid Inc. | Connecting your banks to Finance, once Finance is live | Your bank sign-in, which you give Plaid directly, and the accounts (including investment and loan accounts), balances and transactions of the banks you connect |
| PostHog | Product analytics in the app, only after you say yes to analytics | Pages and features used, clicks, page speed and session replays with everything typed hidden, linked to your account's id, never your email |
| Didit Identity Spain, S.L. or Didit Identity, Inc. | Checking a person's identity when they ask to be verified in Community, once verification is switched on | The ID document and selfie the person gives Didit directly, and the outcome Omne receives |
| LoopMessage | Sending and receiving iMessages from Omne's own sender name, once that feature is live | Messages, attachments and the phone numbers or email addresses of the people messaged |

## AI providers you choose yourself

Omne's AI features run on the AI provider you connect yourself, with your own key or your own plan, such as OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI or Alibaba's Qwen. That provider handles your requests under your own account with it, so it is not one of Omne's subprocessors.

You can also connect image, video and voice providers such as fal, Replicate, ElevenLabs, Runway, Luma and Black Forest Labs, the same way, on your own account. Every provider you can connect is listed in Settings, Integrations.

Omne's voice features run on Omne's own account today: answers read aloud, and voice notes to Omne AI, dictation on the web and podcast episodes written down, on Omne's own speech server at Hetzner. Every language is heard there, so no other company gets your voice. Smart, which picks the model for each message in Omne AI, runs on Omne's own account too: TypeSafe, listed above, reads the message and the chat's last two turns, never names or connected accounts, only to choose the model. Other AI included with an Omne plan is not live yet. When it is, the provider behind it will be on this page before it receives any data. [AI and your data](https://omne.so/ta/sattam/ai) explains more.

## Services you connect yourself

When you connect an account on another platform, such as Instagram, YouTube, Stripe or Bunny, Omne exchanges data with that platform for you. That platform processes the data under its own terms and privacy policy, as your choice, and is not one of Omne's subprocessors.

The same is true when you sign in with Google, GitHub, LinkedIn, Facebook, Discord or Twitch: that service tells Omne your name, email address and profile picture, and nothing more.

Omne also reads public information from public sources: exchange rates from Frankfurter, and stock photos, videos, GIFs and music from Pexels, Pixabay, Unsplash, Coverr, Giphy and Deezer. These services get only the words you search for, never personal data about you, so they are not subprocessors either.
