Extension troubleshooting
Fixes for a missing Save button, a Save window that says to sign in, a button that says Retry, and sites the extension has lost access to.
Most extension problems are one of three things: the extension has lost access to a site, you aren't signed in to Omne in this browser, or the page changed since the extension last read it.
There is no Save button
Open the extension's options page and check for Allow on your sites. If it shows, press it. Chrome can switch access off after an update. Then reload the platform's page. Pages load their buttons late, so wait a moment. Platforms change their pages often, and some have been tested more than others, so a profile that stays empty may be a platform Omne reads less reliably. Contact support with the platform and the address.
The Save window asks me to sign in
If the window shows Sign in to Omne for your Library and boards, open app.omne.so in this Chrome and sign in. If the button says Connect your library, the extension has no workspace yet: it opens the welcome page.
The button says Retry or Try again
The save failed. The window shows a reason. Try again once; if it fails again, reload the page and use the window's Save from the post. Messages you may see are The Save window could not open, This post's link could not be found and Only web pages can be saved.
Sync source says the extension didn't answer
Reload the Omne page, then try again. Details are in when a sync doesn't work.
A creator won't add to a list
Lists need your sign-in means you aren't signed in to Omne here. If it says to save one of their posts first, save a post, then add the creator.
Still stuck
Contact support and tell us the platform, what you pressed and the message you saw.

There's a real person behind Omne, so ask anything.
