Store fees and what each plan includes

How the fee works

A sale is charged on your own Stripe account. On the Free plan, a $100 sale would mean $5 to Omne, and Stripe's own fee comes on top of that. On Creator, Pro, Max and Team, Omne's fee is 0%, and you pay only Stripe's fee.

The pricing page adds that once you sell about $580 a month, Creator costs less than the 5% fee on Free. Read the current figures on the pricing page, which wins if it differs from this article.

What the store includes on each plan

This is how the pricing page lists store features today.

Order bumps and upsells, and your store and emails on your own domain, are listed as coming soon.

Limits and checkout

The table is the plan as the pricing page describes it. Checkout, where the fee would apply, isn't open, so don't expect every limit to be enforced on a screen today. The one limit you will meet already is the link domain: your own link domain comes with a paid plan.

Taxes and refunds

You sell under your own name and your own Stripe account, so you are the seller to your buyers. Your prices, taxes, refunds and customer support are yours to look after. Tax under Storefront, Getting paid is marked as coming soon. It is meant to add VAT or sales tax at checkout with Stripe Tax.
