Discover

A post or creator is not appearing in Discover

The usual reasons a post or creator you expect is missing from Discover: filters, languages, a creator still being read, something removed, or a platform not yet read.

When something you expect is missing from Discover, the cause is nearly always one of a few things, and the first is a filter you forgot you set. Work down this list in order, because the early checks are the quickest.

1. A filter is hiding it

Look at the line under the controls. If it says fewer posts than you expect, or No posts match these filters., click Clear filters and look again.

Some settings hide more than they seem to:

  • Languages keeps only posts whose spoken language is known, so posts in other languages and posts with no transcript yet are hidden.
  • Has a transcript, Analysed (hook, angle, goal) and Verified creators each leave out every post without that quality.
  • Only my saves shows only what your workspace added.
  • Min outlier score and Creator's top posts leave out posts that have no score yet. See What the outlier score means.
  • Followers and Engagement boxes leave out posts that do not report that number.
  • Posted within and Added to Discover limit by date, and the second of those is the day the post came in, not the day it was published.

Also check the page you are on. A creator is on Creators and a company, show or page is on Brands. A profile you added as one can be listed under the other.

2. It is a sort, not a filter

If you search for a name and the post you want is far down, change Sort by to Relevance. Relevance is dimmed until you have typed something, and it ranks the best matches for your words first.

3. The creator is still being read

When an owner or admin adds a creator, Omne reads the account in the background. Until that finishes, the creator is visible only to your workspace, and their posts arrive as they are read. A creator who was just added can show up with few posts, or none, for a while. Check back later, and if they stay empty, contact support with the profile link.

4. It was removed

Removing a post or a creator hides it from your workspace, and removing a creator also takes their posts out of your saves and your lists. If someone in your workspace did that, add the link again. Adding a post brings it back, and adding a creator's profile link brings the creator back. See Remove something from Discover.

5. Discover does not read that platform in full yet

Discover is being widened platform by platform. Facebook, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Substack, Mastodon and YouTube Shorts are not read in full yet, and the monthly refresh of tracked creators is still being built. A creator on one of these can exist in Discover with fewer posts than their profile has, or only with the posts someone added by link.

If you tried to add it and Discover refused, the message names the reason. The table in Add a post, a creator or an ad lists each one and the fix.

7. You are not allowed to add it

Only owners and admins can add and remove things. Other members can search and browse, but the Add button never appears for them.

The fastest check Open the creator's page from the Creators tab and look at its count. If the creator is there but a post is missing, the cause is a filter or a platform limit. If the creator is not there, search for their name on Creators and Brands, then try adding the profile link.
