Create a deadline offer
How to set up a discount that starts when someone joins and ends on their own clock, with countdown emails.
SoonThis part of Omne isn't open yet. This page says what's planned, and it can still change.
A deadline offer is a discount that runs on each person's own clock. The clock starts the moment they join, so everyone gets the full window, and emails count down to the end. You can set offers up in Omne today. The Turn on button shows Coming soon, so no clock runs yet.
Create an offer
- Open Email, then Deadline offers.
- Click New deadline offer.
- Enter a Name, for example "New subscriber offer".
- Choose the Product the discount applies to.
- Enter the Percentage off. It must be between 0.01 and 100.
- Under Lasts, enter a whole number of hours from the start. The form starts with 72. The longest allowed is 1,440 hours.
- Under Starts when, choose Someone joins the list, A tag is added or A form is sent. Buying is not offered here.
- Write the Countdown emails. The form begins with two, one on the first day and one two days later.
- Click Save draft.
What the list shows
Each row shows the offer, the discount, how long it Lasts in hours, how many emails it has and its Status.
Changing an offer
Changes apply to people whose clock has not started. Anyone already counting down keeps the terms they began with.
