Store language, currency, tax and support email
Choose the language and currency your store uses and set the support email buyers reply to. Tax is marked as coming soon.
Four settings shape how your store speaks to buyers. They sit on the Storefront page, and each one saves as soon as you choose it.
Store language
Under Getting paid, Store language sets the language of Omne's buttons, checkout and buyer emails. Your own words, such as product names and descriptions, stay as you wrote them. Pick a language from the list and the row updates. If the server refuses a change, Omne shows the reason and puts the row back to what was saved.
Currency
Currency is what buyers pay in. New products are priced in it. Each product also has its own Currency field in its panel. See set a price.
Tax
Tax is meant to add VAT or sales tax at checkout with Stripe Tax. It is marked as coming soon.
Support email
Under Emails, Support email is where buyers reach you with questions. It goes in the emails they get. Type an address and click Save. If the text isn't an email address, Omne says "That isn't an email address."
Until you add one, the row shows Needed to publish. This is the same reply address that email settings use, so there is only ever one.
Per store
Each workspace has its own store with its own settings, so every client's store is paid, named and addressed on its own.
