Search and filter the Library
Find an item by words, by kind, by date or by board. What the search box covers and how the filters combine.
The search box at the top of All items looks through titles, text, your own notes, web addresses and, for saved posts, the post's words and transcript. The filters below it narrow the list by kind, date and board, and they combine.
Search
Type in Search docs, posts, links, notes and transcripts. The list updates when you stop typing. The match is on any part of the word, so a few letters are enough. Highlights are searched too.
Filter by kind
Press the filter button beside the search box and choose a type, or click a tile. Opening a tile shows its name and count with a Library link back, plus date chips: Today, This week, This month and Custom range, where you pick two dates.
Filter by board
Click a board chip under the layout switch to show only that board. A search and a board filter work together, so you can search inside one board.
Pick what to list
Recents lists all matches newest first, pinned items on top. Reading list keeps only links, posts and articles. Grid, List and Sources change the layout only. The line above the results says how many items match.
Large Libraries Each screen loads the most recent 100 matching items. If what you want is older, narrow the list with a search, a tile or a board rather than scrolling for it.
