Who owns what you put in Omne
You own your content, subscribers and buyers in Omne. What the privacy policy and terms say about how Omne uses them.
You do. Everything you create, upload or save in Omne remains yours, and so do the subscribers and buyers you keep there. The terms of service and the privacy policy say so.
Two roles
For your account, Omne decides how data is used. That covers your name, email, sign-in and billing details, and how you use Omne. For your workspace's content, you decide. Posts, documents, files, contacts, subscribers and buyers are processed only to run Omne for you, on your instructions.
What you allow
The terms give Omne permission to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run Omne for you. That includes showing it to the members of your workspace, publishing it where you tell Omne to, and keeping backups. You confirm that you have the rights to what you put in.
Your subscribers and buyers
When you keep other people's data in Omne you are responsible for having the right to collect and use it, for honouring their choices such as unsubscribing, and for the messages you send them.
Control
You can view, change, export or delete your content and account, or ask Omne to. See Export your workspace and Delete your data.
Selling or advertising
The privacy policy says Omne does not sell your personal data and does not show ads.
