Can I get a refund?
Refund wording for Omne plans has not been finalised. Where to read the current terms and how to ask support.
SoonThis part of Omne isn't open yet. This page says what's planned, and it can still change.
Nobody is charged during the private beta, so there is nothing to refund today. The refund terms for paid plans will be on this page and in the terms of service.
Where to read the terms
The current rules are in Omne's terms of service, in the section Plans, payment and renewal. Open the terms of service for the full text. The terms apply to anything you pay for, and checkout will show the terms for the plan you choose.
Free plan as a trial
The Free plan has no deadline and needs no card. It exists so you can use Omne properly before paying.
Asking
If you think a payment was made in error, contact support, choose the topic Billing and include the workspace ID. You find it in Settings, then Workspace, in the row Workspace ID with a copy button.
Sales in your own store
A different case: when you sell through your store, you are the seller. Your refunds, taxes and customer support are yours to look after. See the terms section Your store.
