How to create a product

The fields

1. Name. What buyers see, such as "The 30-day content sprint".
2. Type. Choose Course, Digital download, 1:1 call, Membership or Custom AI. See product types.
3. Status. New products start as Draft. Choose Active when you want the product to appear on your storefront, or Archived to retire it.
4. Price and Currency. Enter 0 to make the product free. See set a price.
5. Billed. This appears only for memberships. Choose Every month, Every year or Every week.
6. Call length. This appears only for calls. Enter the minutes, for example 45.
7. Compare-at price. An optional higher price, shown struck through beside the real price.
8. Description. A few lines on what the buyer gets.
9. Cover image address. A web address that starts with https://. Without one, the list shows an icon for the product's type.

If something is missing, Omne tells you what to fix, for example "Give the product a name."

Edit a product

Click a product in the list to reopen the panel. Changes reach the storefront at once. Past orders keep the name and price they were sold at, so editing a product never rewrites history.

The list has a search box and filters for All, Active, Drafts and Archived.

Delete or archive

The panel has a Delete button, and Omne asks you to confirm. A product that has sold stays attached to its orders and can't be deleted, so archive it instead. An archived product no longer shows on your storefront.

Limits on your plan

The pricing page lists one product on the Free plan and unlimited products on Creator, Pro, Max and Team. Plans can change before the beta opens, so check the pricing page.

What you can't do yet

The Checkout link button in the product panel is marked as coming soon, because checkout hasn't opened. See what you can set up in your store today.
