Write a newsletter issue
How to draft each issue of your newsletter in Omne, how it differs from a broadcast, and what waits for sending.

The Newsletter page is where each issue of your newsletter is written. It works like a broadcast and is meant to be sent to your list and kept as a public archive on your storefront. You can draft issues today. Publishing is not switched on, and its button shows Coming soon.
Write an issue
- Open Email, then Newsletter in the sidebar.
- Click New issue.
- Enter a Subject. The example in the box, "Issue #12: what worked this month", shows a common pattern.
- Add a Preview line and, if you like, tags under Only to these tags. Leave the tags empty to address every subscriber.
- Write the issue in the Email box.
- Click Save draft.
Broadcast or issue
Both are written the same way. Use a broadcast for a one-off message such as a sale. Use an issue for the recurring newsletter, because issues are the ones meant to be kept as an archive on your storefront. Both appear under their own page, so your newsletter stays apart from your one-off emails.
What is not on yet
The Publish and Schedule buttons show Coming soon. The public archive on the storefront is described on the page but has no setting you can turn on yet. Drafts are safe to keep and edit in the meantime. Once an issue has been sent it cannot be edited.
