How to edit, search, turn off and delete links

Find links with search, tags and filters, edit or duplicate them, turn one off, delete it, or download your list as CSV or Markdown.

The All links page lists every link you have made. Click a link to edit it, click its clicks to see its numbers, or use the three-dot menu on its row.

  • Search looks in the short link, its title and where it goes.
  • Filter narrows by Tags, by Domains (when you have more than one) and by Status: All links, On or Off.
  • Display switches between Cards and Rows, and chooses what each link shows: Where it goes, Title, Description, Date, Tags and Clicks. Omne remembers your choice in this browser.

The row menu and its letters

Point at a row and press a letter, or open its menu:

ActionKey

QR codeQ
Copy link IDI
DuplicateD
Turn off or Turn onO
DeleteX

Press C anywhere on the page to create a new link.

Change where it goes, the tags, the share card, UTM or expiry, then click Save changes. The short address is locked unless you click Change, which warns you that the old address will stop working. See your link name and address. The Link is on switch turns it on or off.

Duplicate

Duplicate opens a new link window as a copy, with a new word, so you can send the same page to a different place.

Turn off or delete

A link that is off, shown as Off, stops redirecting, and you can turn it on again. Delete asks you to confirm. After that, anyone who opens the address lands on the home page, its clicks stay in your analytics, and it can't be undone. Omne can also turn a link off if it breaks the rules for short links. That link shows Turned off by Omne and can't be changed.

Click the three-dot button beside Display, then Download as CSV or Download as Markdown. Analytics is in the same menu.
