Contacts, sends and extra sends
How Omne's email plans count contacts and sends, the limits per plan, and the extra sends you can add. Not counted yet.

A contact is one person on your list. A send is one email delivered to one person. Emailing 10,000 contacts once a week is about 40,000 sends a month. This is how Omne's plans are meant to count them. Counting is not switched on yet, and email sending opens later, so no limit applies today.

Who counts as a contact
Everyone subscribed to your list. People who unsubscribe or bounce do not count.
What happens if you go over
The plan is that your emails wait until the new month, unless you turned on extra sends. Extra sends only apply if you turn them on, up to a limit you set, and Omne emails you when they are used. Nothing is added by surprise.
Extra sends
They are billed monthly and get cheaper per send as the pack grows.
| Extra sends | Price a month |
|---|---|
| 10,000 | $5 |
| 25,000 | $10 |
| 50,000 | $20 |
| 100,000 | $35 |
| 300,000 | $60 |
| 750,000 | $125 |
| 1,500,000 | $240 |
A list bigger than Max
Above the Max list, the plan is to add 50,000 contacts for $20 a month, up to 500,000. For more than that, contact support and describe your list.
Where this stands
The prices come from the pricing page and may change before billing opens. Nobody is charged during the private beta. See Omne plans compared and the pricing page.
