Payment method, invoices and receipts
Where you will update a card and download receipts in Omne, and what to expect. No payment screen exists yet.

Omne has no payment screen yet, so there is no card to update and no receipt to download. This article says where those things will be, based on what Omne has built so far.

Settings, then Billing. The section's description reads "Your plan, your payment method and every receipt" and it shows Coming soon.
Who processes payments
Plans are planned to be billed through Stripe. The privacy policy says Omne receives your plan, billing name, email and the last digits of your card, and never sees or stores full card numbers.
Emails you will get
Omne has written the emails for this. A receipt carries your plan, the invoice number and the total. Separate emails cover a refund, a card that is about to expire, and a payment that failed. A failed payment produces three emails in a row, a first heads up, a reminder and a final notice, each with a link to update your card. These come from receipts@mail.omne.so. None is sent yet.
Business details on invoices
How to add a company name, tax number or other details to invoices has not been published. If you need them, contact support with the topic Billing.
