Omne's own MCP server
Omne is planning its own MCP server so Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can use your workspace. It is not open yet, and here is what the plan says.
SoonThis part of Omne isn't open yet. This page says what's planned, and it can still change.
Omne's own MCP server is planned and is not open. It would let AI apps such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor reach your workspace.
What is confirmed
- Settings lists MCP & API as coming soon, described as using your workspace from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, and from your own code: read, save and schedule from there.
- The first tools planned cover posts, the Planner, your Library, templates, Discover, connected accounts and analytics.
- Signing in would use Omne's own sign-in for AI apps.
- Settings would then get a page to connect Claude, follow the steps for ChatGPT, connect Cursor, copy the server's address and set tool permissions.
- The pricing page marks MCP and API as soon.
No address, date or limit is published yet, so none is given here.
This is different from connecting services to Omne
The MCP cards in Integrations point the other way. They let Omne use a service's MCP server. See How to connect a service through its MCP server. Omne's own server would let other tools use Omne.
What works today
- Ask AI uses your connected accounts' tools. See Use your connected accounts in a chat.
- An agent on your computer gets a small set of Omne tools for the length of a turn. See What an agent can do in Omne.
