Search and filter the Planner
Search the calendar's posts and filter by platform, account and status, and choose whether each account's posting times show behind the posts.
The bar above the calendar searches your posts and filters them. The filters work in all three views and combine, so you can show only the scheduled posts for one account on one platform.
Search
Type in Search posts on the calendar. It matches a post's title, hook, on-screen words, caption and text.
Filter
Press the filter button, which shows Filter or the number of active filters. It has four sections:

| Platforms | Tick the platforms to show, each with a count |
| Accounts | Tick the accounts to show, with their photos |
| Status | Choose from Draft, Approved, Scheduled and Posted |
| Posting times | Show each account's posting times, or Posts only |
Choosing Show each account's posting times draws dashed boxes at the times each account usually posts, so you can see open slots next to your scheduled posts. Posting times belong to the account. They are not posts, and nothing is published at them.
The bar's first line shows the number of posts in view, and the filter label counts how many filters are on.
