How to add and show testimonials
Paste what buyers said about your products, choose whether it is shown, and feature the best one. Asking buyers for testimonials is coming soon.
A testimonial is what a buyer said about your product, in their own words. Open Store, then Inbox, then Testimonials, and click Add testimonial to paste one you already have. Shown testimonials appear on your storefront and on the product's page once those are public.
Add one
- Enter the person's Name and Who they are, such as "Founder, Analytical".
- Paste What they said. Use their own words, with their permission.
- Choose a Rating from 1 to 5, or No rating.
- Choose a Product, or leave it for every product.
- Choose the Status: Shown, To review or Hidden.
- Switch on Featured to feature it at the top.
- Optionally add a Photo address, a web address that starts with https://.
- Click Add testimonial.
If the name or the words are missing, Omne asks "Who said it?" or "What did they say?"
The statuses
- Shown: visitors can see it.
- To review: waiting for you to approve it.
- Hidden: kept, but not shown.
Featured testimonials are marked with Featured beside the status.
What isn't ready
Ask buyers is marked as coming soon, so Omne can't yet collect testimonials from buyers for you. For now you add them yourself. The public pages that show them aren't live yet either, so see the storefront page.
