What the Planner is and what it does today
The Planner lays your drafts and scheduled posts on a calendar. What you can do there today, where posts come from, and what still comes later.
The Planner is a calendar of your posts. It shows drafts, approved posts, scheduled posts and posts that have gone out, across your platforms and accounts, so you can see the whole plan at once. Open it from Planner in the sidebar.
What you can do there
You can look at your plan by week, by month or as a queue, search it, filter it by platform, account and status, show each account's posting times as dashed boxes behind the posts, and click any post to open it. Each of these has its own page: Week, Month and Queue, search and filters and open a post.
The posting streak sits in the header beside the views. See the posting streak.
Where posts come from
The Planner reads the posts in your workspace. Today they get there in a few ways:
- You schedule a Skool post from the Skool account panel, see schedule a Skool post
- You use Send to Planner drafts on a doc in the Library, see send a doc to the Planner
- Posts already in your workspace appear here automatically
What it does not do yet
The Planner is where you look at the plan. A full composer, where you write one post and send it to every connected platform, comes after the integrations, and moving a post between draft and scheduled from the calendar is not available yet. Automatic posting runs for Skool today. Other scheduled posts stay on the calendar and don't go out by themselves, so check which platforms post today.
Phones On a phone the week view becomes a strip of days with that day's posts listed under it, and you swipe to change week.
