Privacy and security

Delete your data or your account

How to delete content, a workspace or your Omne account, and what happens to backups and billing records.

You can delete individual items yourself, and you can delete a whole workspace in Settings. There is no button for deleting your account yet, so you ask support for that.

Delete one thing

Store items such as subscribers and customers have a Delete button in their panel, and it asks you to confirm. Deleting from your Library is permanent today. A trash that keeps items for a period is planned and not built. See Storage, trash and version history.

Delete a workspace

Owners can delete a workspace and everything in it. See Delete a workspace.

Delete your account

The terms say you can delete your account at any time. Omne does not have a screen for it yet. Contact support from the address you sign in with and ask. The privacy policy says Omne answers within 30 days.

What happens to backups and records

When you delete content, a workspace or your account, Omne deletes it from Omne, and it leaves backups as they are replaced. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Disconnecting accounts

Disconnecting a platform in Settings, Integrations first revokes Omne's access at the platform where the platform offers a way, then deletes the keys and what Omne fetched from that account. What you made in Omne, such as drafts and scheduled posts, stays and loses only that destination.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, to object to how it is used and to complain to your data protection authority. Write through contact support.

Export your workspace.
