Product types you can sell
Omne's store has five product types: courses, digital downloads, 1:1 calls, memberships and custom AIs. See what each one needs and what is still being built.
When you create a product, the Type field offers five choices. All five can be set up and priced today. Some of the delivery parts behind them are still being built, and this article says which.
Course
A product made of lessons. You can create the product, price it and describe it today. The course builder, where you write the lessons, is still being built. Course questions, where students ask something under a lesson, are also marked as coming soon. See course questions.
Digital download
A file or bundle of files, such as a template, an ebook or a preset pack. You can set up the product and price. File delivery is still being built.
1:1 call
A booked session with you. Set the Call length in minutes. The Calendar page shows booked calls by month, but the booking page and calendar connection are marked as coming soon. See the store calendar.
Membership
A product that renews. After you pick this type, the Billed field appears, and you choose Every month, Every year or Every week. You can also add other plans. See set a price.
Custom AI
A custom AI you sell access to. You can create the product and price it today, and the custom AI builder is still being built.
Which one to choose
Pick the type that matches how the buyer receives what they paid for, because the type decides which extra fields appear and how the product is labelled in your store and in a buyer's Your access page. If you are unsure, choose Digital download, which is the default for a new product. You can change the type later by editing the product.
Communities
A community is a separate part of the store, not one of these five types. It is marked as coming soon. See the community collection.
