Change or cancel your plan
How changing or cancelling a plan is meant to work in Omne, and what happens to your workspace. Billing is not live yet.

Changing or cancelling a plan is not possible yet, because there is no paid plan to change. Nobody is charged during the private beta. This is how it is planned to work.
The plan
The pricing page says you can change or cancel your plan whenever you like, and that your workspace stays as it is. The terms of service say you can cancel at any time in your settings, and that the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

What happens when you move to a smaller plan
The pricing FAQ says nothing is deleted. Your files stay where they are, and new uploads wait until you are back under the plan's storage. Exactly how features the smaller plan lacks behave has not been published yet.
What happens when you cancel
Your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for. Your workspace and files stay where they are.
Deleting a workspace is different
Cancelling a plan keeps the workspace. Deleting a workspace removes it for everyone in it and cannot be undone. See Delete a workspace.
