Organise the Library with boards
Boards group Library items without copying them. Make a board, put an item on several boards, and filter the Library down to one.
A board is a named group of Library items. An item can be on many boards at once, and putting it on a board never makes a copy, so changing the item changes it everywhere.
Make a board
In the Library, press New board in the row of board chips under the layout switch. Type a name and press Save. The sidebar's New menu also has New board, which makes one called "Untitled board". Boards show with the number of items they hold.
Put an item on a board
The same picker has New board at the bottom, which makes a board and puts the item on it in one step. Inside an open doc, use More and then Add to board. The browser extension's Save window can also send a post straight to a board.
Look at one board
Click a board's chip to show only its items. Click it again to see everything. The chip says whether the board is private or public. Items on no board at all are under the Not on a board tile, which is a quick way to find what still needs sorting.
What boards don't do yet
You can name boards and fill them, but there is no screen for renaming, reordering or deleting a board yet, and the Library has no section view inside a board.
