Copy, export and download your Library
Copy a doc as Markdown, download it as a file or PDF, send it to an AI app, export a table as CSV, or download the whole workspace as a zip.
Your Library stays yours, and getting it out takes a few clicks, either one item at a time or the whole workspace at once.
One doc or card
Open the item and choose More. Copy as Markdown puts the text on your clipboard, Download .md saves it as a Markdown file named after the title, and Download PDF opens your browser's print dialog with the doc laid out for printing, where you pick Save as PDF. On a card in the Library list, the menu has Copy text and Download .md for docs and cards, and Copy link for links and posts.
Send it to an AI app
The same menu lists Open in followed by Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity or Gemini. Omne copies the item's words to your clipboard and opens that app with them in the question box. The words are sent to the app by your browser, not by Omne.
A table
In an open table, choose More and then Export CSV to download it, or Import CSV to add rows from a spreadsheet file.
The whole workspace
Open Settings, then Workspace, and press Export workspace. You get one zip with your docs and cards as Markdown files, your links and posts as spreadsheets of their addresses, and your highlights in one file. Subscribers, customers, orders and analytics aren't in it yet.
