Strategy and analytics

Read your analytics

The Analytics page shows the numbers of the accounts you connect, by platform, account and date range, with a chart, posting times, a streak and a list of posts.

Analytics shows how your connected accounts are doing, one platform and one date range at a time. You find it as Analytics under Grow in the sidebar. It is partly built: it shows numbers that have already been read into your workspace, and reading fresh numbers from every platform is not connected for all of them yet.

Who can see it

Only a workspace's owners and admins see the numbers. Anyone else who opens the page sees a note that the numbers are private to the workspace's owner, with a link to sign in.

Choose what you are looking at

The controls sit at the top of the page.

  • Platform is a row of switches with All first and then each platform that has data.
  • Account appears when a platform has more than one account, with All and one switch for each.
  • Range has 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 90 days and All time. For the first four, the page also compares with the same number of days before.

The numbers

Under the controls is a strip of tiles, one for each number the chosen platform reports, such as views or followers. Click a tile to chart it. The chart shows that number day by day for the range, and a second line for the days before when there is one to compare with.

The tiles change with the platform, because each platform reports different things. Some platforms carry a short note under the controls about what they do and do not report.

Posting times, streak and posts

Below the chart are three more parts. Posting times and streak explains the first two. The Posts list shows each post in the range with its numbers, newest first, or ordered by the number you selected.

Refresh

A Refresh all button, or Refresh followed by the platform's name when one platform is chosen, reads the numbers again. Next to it, a line says when they were last read, for example Read followed by how long ago, or Not read yet. After the first read, Omne reads them again on a schedule, so you do not have to press the button each time.

When something looks wrong

See Analytics shows no numbers.
