How to set up affiliate partners
Add partners who sell for you with their own code and earn a share of each sale. Set the commission and how many days a click counts.
An affiliate is a partner who sells your products with their own code and earns a share of each sale. Open Store, then Marketing, then Affiliates, and click Add partner. The pricing page lists your own affiliate program on Pro, Max and Team.
Add a partner
- Enter their Email. This is required.
- Add their Name if you have it.
- Choose a Code, such as "ada". It is 2 to 40 letters, digits, dashes or underscores. It goes in their link as ?via=ada.
- Set the Commission, a percentage between 0 and 100. New partners start at 30.
- Set Days a click counts, from 1 to 365. New partners start at 30. A sale counts for the partner if it happens inside this window after their link was clicked.
- Choose a Status: Active, Applied, Paused or Declined.
- Add Notes for yourself, then click Add partner.
Read the list
The list shows each partner's Code, Commission, how much they have Earned and their Status. Use Search partners to find one. A new commission applies to sales from now on.
Remove a partner
Click Delete in the partner's panel and confirm. Their past sales stay.
What isn't ready
Pay out is marked as coming soon, so Omne doesn't pay partners yet. Since checkout hasn't opened, no sale can earn commission yet. See what you can set up in your store today.
