A sync source stopped syncing
What the messages on a Sync sources card mean when RSS, Readwise or another source stops bringing items into your Library.
Open Settings, Sync sources. Each source shows one line: "Syncing…", a red error, or a count with "last synced" and the time. A red line is the reason it stopped.
How often sources run
An RSS feed is checked hourly. Readwise and most other connected sources are checked daily. Sources that read your own browser, such as Instagram Saves or Kindle, run when you click them, through Omne's browser extension. A slow run is never started twice.
What the messages mean

| That isn't a web address. | Enter a full web address, starting with https://. |
| No feed found there. Try the feed's own address. | Find the feed's address on the site and use that. |
| That site didn't answer. | The site may be down. Wait and try again. |
| The feed answered a number. | The site refused. Check the feed address in a browser. |
| That address isn't a feed any more. | The site changed or removed it. Remove and add the right address. |
| Readwise didn't accept that token. | Copy a fresh token from Readwise and save it again. |
| Readwise asked to wait a moment. Try again shortly. | Wait. Omne retries by itself. |
| A platform asked Omne to wait, and it will try again by itself. | Nothing. It retries. |
| A platform's sign-in has ended. Connect it again. | Open the card and connect again. |
| A platform isn't connected. Connect it again. | Same. |
| The person who added this has left the workspace. Add it again. | Someone currently in the workspace adds it again. |
| That didn't sync. It will try again. | A temporary problem. If it repeats, contact support. |
Sources that read your browser
Some, such as Instagram, Reddit and Pinterest, read your own signed-in tab. If the extension is not installed or you are signed out of the platform, nothing arrives. Sign in to the platform in that browser, then run the source again and leave the tab it opens until it finishes.
Nothing new arrived
Items you removed from your Library do not come back, because Omne remembers what it brought in. A source set to choose what comes in only brings in what you chose.
Each source belongs to one person
Sync sources are personal. Nobody else in the workspace sees or runs yours.
