How to build a form, quiz or survey
Ask questions and keep every answer. Build an application form, a quiz or a buyer survey, then read the answers in the form's panel.
A form asks people questions and keeps every answer. Use one for an application to book a call, a quiz that points people to a product, or a survey of your buyers. Open Store, then Marketing, then Forms & quizzes, and click New form.
Build it
- Give it a Name, such as "Which course is right for you?"
- Choose the Kind: Form, Quiz or Survey.
- Leave Status as Draft while you work. Choose Live when it should take answers, or Closed to stop.
- Under Questions, write each question and pick its type: Short answer, Long answer, Multiple choice, Email or Number. For multiple choice, list the options separated by commas.
- Click + Question to add more. A new form starts with "Your email" and one empty question.
- Click Add form.
Blank questions are ignored when you save. If the name is empty, Omne says "Give the form a name."
Read the answers
Open a form to see Answers at the bottom of its panel. Each line shows who answered, using their email or "Anonymous", the date, and a number of points when the response carries a score. Until someone answers, it says "Nobody has answered yet."
The list
The list shows each form's Name, Kind, number of Questions, Status and when it was Updated. Filter by All, Forms, Quizzes or Surveys.
What isn't ready
