What the Library is and what it holds
The Library is the one searchable place in Omne for your docs, cards, tables, saved posts, links and highlights. Here is what each kind is and how to find your way.
The Library is where everything you write, save and sync lives in your workspace. It holds docs, cards, tables, saved posts, links, highlights and media, all in one list you can search, filter and arrange on boards. Open it from Library in the sidebar.
The kinds of item
Across the top of the Library you see one tile per kind, each with a count. Clicking a tile narrows the list to that kind.

The tile for Media is there, but uploading files isn't open yet. See uploading files and voice notes.
Two lists and three layouts
Under the tiles, Recents shows everything, newest first, and Reading list narrows it to the things you can read: links, posts and articles. Next to it you choose the layout. Grid shows cards in columns, List shows one line per item, and Sources groups the same cards by where each one came from, such as a platform, a website or "Made here".
At the top of the page, a switch moves between All items, Graph and Index. The last two show how your items connect by topic, person and platform. They are covered in Index and Graph.
Who sees what
Every member of a workspace can open the Library. What you save yourself stays yours: a post you save or a feed you sync is visible only to you, even in a shared workspace. Docs you make can be shared on purpose, which is covered in sharing a doc.
