Analytics shows no numbers

"These numbers are private to the hub's owner."

This note means you are not an owner or admin of the workspace. Only owners and admins can see Analytics. Ask an owner or admin of the workspace to look at the numbers for you, or to change your role.

"No numbers yet."

The page says Nothing has been read from the platforms and offers Refresh all. This means no account in the workspace has had its numbers read yet. Do two things:

1. Connect the account in Settings, under Integrations. Not every platform reads numbers yet, and What is open today says how far Analytics goes.
2. Come back to Analytics and choose Refresh all.

The workspace has accounts but has not read their numbers. Press the refresh button once. While it reads you see Reading…, and when it finishes the line changes to how long ago it was read.

"Not fully read on the last refresh"

A platform answered only in part. The warning lists the platforms by name, and clicking a name takes you to that platform, where a line says what was missing on the last read. Refresh that platform again later. If the same message returns every time, contact support with the platform's name and the line shown.

"No posts in this range."

The Posts list is empty for the range you chose. Change Range to All time, or check that the Platform and Account switches are not on an account with no posts in that period.

The numbers do not match the platform's own dashboard

Omne shows what it has read, in the workspace's time zone. For a few platforms the platform reports less than its own dashboard, and a note under the controls says so. A recent post may not have its final numbers yet. Press refresh and compare again later.
